BUDGETING WITH OPEN BANKING
How Pigget bank sync works in Latvia.
Is Pigget a budgeting app or an expense tracker?
Pigget is a zero-based budgeting app. It imports transactions to reduce admin, but the goal is to help you decide what your available money needs to do next—not merely describe past spending.
Is connecting a bank read-only?
Yes. Pigget uses Synci’s read-only connection through official European open-banking APIs. Authentication happens with your bank, credentials are not shared with Pigget or Synci, and the connection cannot move money.
Will every account at my bank appear?
Your bank decides which current, savings and credit-card accounts it exposes through its API. Each bank page shows the capabilities currently reported by the connection provider.
Does Pigget work with more than one currency?
Yes. Pigget is designed for budgets that include accounts and goals in different currencies, while still giving you one understandable view of the plan.
